About the Author

Antonio Ghilarducci was born in Palo Alto, California. In 1985, his family relocated to Sonoma, California and purchased a restaurant there. This is where he learned to cook and began working there at the age of twelve.  Since then he has worked at some of the finest restaurant in California and traveled extensively in France and Italy.  He currently is the Executive Chef of The Depot Hotel Restaurant in Sonoma.
